Recruiter - Cochrane (Term Position)

Dynastream Innovations Inc., a dynamic, global leader in wireless technology, is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to assist in the rapid growth of the organization. Now in its new office in downtown Cochrane, Dynastream is a quick commute within town or from Calgary.

The Recruiter

You are a skilled individual with proven experience in recruitment and working in a fast- paced, progressive organization. You will contribute to the company's success through overall coordination of the recruitment and selection process of inspiring individuals who can grow with Dynastream long-term.

The Recruiter is a newly-created, exciting opportunity currently designated as a one-year term contract, with the intent to transition a successful individual into a full time role.

Responsibilities include

• Manage local and national recruitment and selection process for all roles and competency levels; from sourcing and postings through to on-boarding.
• Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
• Develop an understanding of Dynastream's strategy and initiatives, as well as business and technical context of roles.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment and networking resources.
• Administer electronic applicant database of job requisitions and resumes. (Taleo)
• Maintain, prepare and analyze statistics and metrics.

Qualifications:

• Minimum three to five years experience in a high volume recruitment environment with a proven track record of success.
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Working toward CHRP designation desirable.
• Must be willing to travel (within North America).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Well-versed in social media: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook
• Experience with an HRIS a definite asset (ideally Taleo).
• Experience presenting to small and mid-size groups of varying audiences.
